Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Common Vector Robotics ("CVR," "we," "our"), based in Detroit, Michigan. By accessing or using us-cvr.com(the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware, scraping at scale, or attempting to overload our infrastructure
- Impersonate CVR, our personnel, or any other person or entity in any communication
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the CVR wordmark and marks, product designations (Ghostrunner, GL-1), images, and code — is owned by CVR or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted below.
Limited license: we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and print pages from the Site solely for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
Forward-looking statements
The Site contains forward-looking statements about CVR's plans, programs, products, deployment timelines, and markets. These statements reflect our current expectations and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements except as required by law.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (including Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and our hosting provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CVR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
